Meet the founder & initiator

Garcia Suka Arthur came up with the idea of creating her own stickers at Christmas 2020, as she could not find any Black Santa stickers in Germany. Such moments remind Garcia that there are still very few, if any, access and representation for BIPOC in Germany. She quickly decided to make a contribution to her community in Germany and to fill this gap.Her goal was to establish a company that addresses this very problem she faced as a Black woman in Germany:

- Lack of representation and access to suitable stationery & gift items with illustrations for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color

With Made by Black Excellence, she aims to help close this gap and contribute to the community in Germany. As a mother, but also as a Black woman, she understands how important representation and recognition are.
