Not too long ago, in a city you have probably heard of and may have even visited, a soon-to-be middle-aged father with a bald head, who was lying in bed reading bedtime stories to his little daughter, noticed something strange. It seemed that all the princesses in these tales needed to be rescued and that their most important trait was their beauty.
He did not like this at all. He did not want his daughter to grow up in such a world. So he began to change a few words here and there while reading.Suddenly, a "beautiful" princess became a "brave" one, and he saw the sparkle in his daughter's eyes!
This inspired the idea for Fairy Tales Retold, with a simple yet powerful premise:
Changing a single word can change everything!
