About B like Berlin
Alissa is the managing director and founder of B for Berlin.The idea for B for Berlin came to her during the pandemic when she wanted to teach her then three-year-old child the alphabet. She found that most learning materials were boring - A for apple, Z for zebra - and did not reflect the reality of her Berlin children.
That’s when she had the idea: ABC learning cards that not only teach the alphabet but also allow children to discover the exciting history and diverse culture of Berlin! Play and learning materials for children and families like mine: diverse, open-minded, and politically engaged.
